Return Policy

The customer reserves the right to return the products, for any reason, within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of issue of the relevant document (Law 2251/1994 on Consumer Protection). The return/change costs are borne by the customer at the respective courier company (the cost is determined by the company chosen, ask the representative of the company).

You can choose any other type of any product category.

In order to accept the refund, the products must be in good condition and accompanied by their original packaging, label cards and accompanying purchase documents (Retail Proof, Shipment Bulletin, etc.).

Refunds are made if shipping, delivery (if any), VAT 24% and return costs are deducted.

Damaged or damaged products by apparent fault of the customer, are not accepted under any circumstances.

CHANGES

-Changes and refunds on BAZAAR productsare not accepted.

-FreeChanges to products (excluding bazaar) are made to products worth 99€ or more. (Relates to individual products)

-Changes to products worth less than 99€ are madeat the customer's transport charge,ask the transport company of your choice.

The shoesforall.gr works with the aim of providing high quality products. However, if you receive a defective product, please inform us immediately so that it can be replaced at our own expense.
